Wiley was Sheriff of Rutledge before he went into the CW

Wiley died of Small Pox in a Hospital in Nashville, while serving his County in the Civil War, he was a Capt.of the 8th E Tenn. Cavalry..
however He isn't buried in the National Cemetery in Nashville,TN. didn't find him in Davidson Co anywhere....
he was probably shipped home to Grainger Co TN. to his Widow and Children..

His CW files don't say where he is buried or if he has a Military Marker
