WARSAW - Paul F. Lucas, 71, of 1109 S. Buffalo St., died of natural causes at 7 a.m. Friday in Parkview Memorial Hospital, Fort Wayne. Mr. Lucas was the president of Lucas Realtors from 1974 to 1994. He previously owned a sportsman center from 1964 to 1974. He was born April 16, 1924, in Warsaw. On March 29, 1947, in North Manchester, he married Patricia Gaerte. She survives with a daughter, Saundra Bansbach of Floyds Knobs, Ind.; a son, John P. of Fishers, Ind.; eight grandchildren; and two sisters, his twin, Willodean Brallier, of Naples, Fla., and Jean Lucas of Warsaw; sons Kip and James preceded him in death. He was a member of First United Methodist Church, Warsaw Elks 708, Warsaw American Legion, past president of Kosciusko County Board of Realtors and he served in the Army Air Forces during World War II.

Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Monday in McHatton-Sadler Funeral Home, Warsaw. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery where American Legion will conduct military graveside services. Friends may call from 2 to 5 and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday in the funeral home.
