Ernest was preceded in death by his parents Geraldine and Leon Andrews and one grandson Michael Andrews Jr.

He is survived by his devoted wife Diane Andrews; sons Terry Andrews and wife Sandra of Hooks, TX, Kevin Andrews of Doddridge, AR, Michael Andrews and wife Lydia of Nederlands, TX, Stephen Andrews of Doddridge, AR and Vincent Chapman of Queen City, TX; daughters Kimberly Kight of Queen City, TX and Loraine Fry and husband Marlin of Queen City, TX; brother James Andrews of Doddridge, AR; sister Elaine Purifoy and husband Winfred of Doddridge, AR; eighteen grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

Ernest enjoyed fishing, gardening and being outside. He loved going to church, singing, his Lord and his family.

Funeral Services will be held at Macedonia Baptist Church in Doddridge AR the following morning at 10:00 AM. Interment will immediately follow at Macedonia Cemetery in Doddridge AR.
