Eunice Crowe Carroll, age 88, passed away on Saturday, November 15, 2014.
She was born on June 11, 1926, in Sanford, FL, a daughter of the late Roy Stenstrom and the late Lottie Strenstrom.
Eunice worked for Southern Bell, the US Naval Shipyard, and Federal Building, and is retired from Civil Service. She was a member of Sonrise Christian Church in Goose Creek. Eunice was also President of the Village at the Presbyterian Home of Summerville.
Along with her parents, Eunice is preceded in death by Robert Crowe, Sr.; James F. Carroll; sisters: Lois Turner and Lillie Mae Moony; and brother, Ernest M. Stenstrom.
She is survived by one son, Bobby Crowe (Glenda) of Summerville, SC; daughters: Elaine Ardis (Burt) of Moncks Corner, SC; Marilyn Sona (Larry) of Cross, SC; and Julie Martin (Jim, deceased) of Chesapeake, VA; six grandchildren: Jamey Anderson, Jason Anderson, Brian Ardis, Amy Rather, Jennifer Prible and Jared Martin; and nine great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, November 18, 2014, from 12:00pm to 1:00pm at McAlister-Smith Funeral Home Goose Creek Chapel.
A funeral service will be held at McAlister-Smith Funeral Home Goose Creek Chapel on Tuesday, November 18, 2014, at1:00pm. Burial will follow at Riverview Memorial Park Cemetery.
