JoAnne Richardson was born December 13th, 1949 to Earl and Marie Richardson of Madison County. She is survived by: two brothers; Sherman (Ruth) Richardson of Lake Placid, Florida and Mason (Brenda) Richardson of Richmond, KY; and four sisters, Eula (Donald) Oliver of Richmond, KY; Judy Sowder of Richmond, KY; Peggy Smith of Richmond, KY and Denise (Leonard) Jefferson of Lake Placid, Florida. She is also survived by: her son Brian Marshall, her daughter-in-law Donna and one granddaughter, Halle Marshall. Also a special niece Christy Richardson, and several other nieces and nephews; as well as three very dear friends--Nita Horn, Betty Mackey and Charlene Rudd. JoAnne was blessed to know Irene Copley and referred to her as Mom Irene. They shared a special bond and had many wonderful times
together in Florida where Mom Irene lived. JoAnne was a lover of God’s creation. She enjoyed taking
walks by the water, along scenic walking trails and seeing His hand in all that surrounded her. She loved to watch the birds, to grow flowers and raising a garden. The most important thing in JoAnne’s life was serving God and telling others about the Lord. She has gone home now to be with Jesus in God’s eternal Kingdom.

Funeral services for JoAnne will be Thursday Nov. 6, 2014 at 2 pm at Lakes Funeral Home with Bro. Donald Rudd and Bro. Dallas Johnson officiating.

Entombment will be at a later date in the Berea Cemetery.
