Michael Allen Herrmann, 52, of Villa Hills, passed away on Friday, November 14th at his home following a year long battle with cancer. He took his last breath in the arms of his children and surrounded by this wife and best friend. Mike was a friend and helper to all who knew him. He was a Technology Consultant with Hewlett Packard and a member of St. Joseph Church, Crescent Springs. Michael is survived by his loving wife, Patti (nee. Enzweiler) Herrmann of Villa Hills; sons, Michael John & Matthew Joseph "Shooby" Herrmann of Villa Hills; parents, Wilbur & Virginia Herrmann of Cold Spring; brother, Greg (Diane Tingiris) Herrmann of Beaverlick, KY and his best friend, Dave (Julie) Schambach of Savannah, GA. Visitation will be held from 4:30-7:30 p.m., Monday, November 17th at Muehlenkamp-Erschell Funeral Home, Ft. Thomas. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, November 18, 2014 at St. Joseph Church, Crescent Springs with the burial to follow at Evergreen Cemetery Southgate. Memorials are suggested to the Hospice of the Bluegrass 7388 Turfway Rd. Florence, KY 41042.
