Freddie Lee White, 88, of DeRidder, LA, passed from this life on Thursday, November 13, 2014.
Those left to cherish his memory are his daughters; Sheryl Handy of Allen, TX, Shirley Jolly of McKinney, TX, Charlotte White-Lee of Jersey City, NJ and Loretta White of DeRidder, LA; brothers, Rev. Persley White Jr. of Mansfield, LA, Andrew White of Lawtell, LA, Dr. Calvin White of Opelousas, LA and Marion White of Dublin, OH; sisters, Annie Mae Thomas of Ville Platte, LA, Ollie Shaw of Opelousas, LA and Mae Resa Charles of Opelousas, LA and nine grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Estelle White; parents, Rev. Persley and Lorena White; brothers, Joshua and Joseph White; sisters, Rosenia Jerry and Loretha White.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 19, 2014 from 11:00 AM until time of service at Sunrise Baptist Church in DeRidder, LA. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, November 19, 2014 at 1:00 PM at Sunrise Baptist Church in DeRidder, LA. Burial will follow in Beauregard Cemetery. Reverend Louis F. Guy I, will officiate.
