BROTHER OF MRS MECUM ARRIVES TWO DAYS LATE
Mrs. Coralee Mecum of Westlake is dead, after an illness extending over a perid of many months. Her death took place Saturday evening at 6:30. Her brother, who resides near Boulder had been notified of her serious illness but he arrived too late to find his sister alive. Upon receipt of the letter he had been stricken with an attack of heart trouble and was in bed for several days. When he reached here this morning he learned of his sister's death.
Mrs. Mecum was the wife of Carlos E. Mecum. She was 27 years old. Cancerous growths caused her much trouble and she died on Saturday. The funeral will take place Tuesday afternoon at 2 o'clock at Balmer's mortuary. Dr. J. G. Klene will have charge of the services. Burial will be made at Grandview.
