Opal Francis Butler of Upton, KY, passed away at Kensington Manor in Elizabethtown, KY.
She was the daughter of the late Ervin and Ella Ree Wease Hornback.
She was a member of Stoney Point Missionary Baptist Church.
She is survived by one daughter, Joyce Kittinger and husband Doug, Upton, two sons, Roger Butler and wife Paula and Timmy Butler and fiance Teresa, both of Upton, three sisters, Louise Hornback, Elizabethtown, Geneva Choate, Upton, Ella Mae Wease and husband John, Sonora, several grandchildren, great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Cecil Butler, one grandchild, Chad Choate, one son-in-law, Owen Choate, one daughter-in-law, Sandy Butler and one brother-in-law, Homer Choate.
