Surviving him are his wife, Alicia Crawford, Ingalls; sons Bryan Rex Mullins Jr. (Jada) of Greenfield, Zeb Mullins of Ingalls, and Wesley Mullins of Anderson; Daughter April Parmer (Kenneth), of Fortville; mother, Judith Mullins, of Fortville; Brothers Tommy Mullins, of Fortville and Chuck Mullins, of Fortville; and sister Terri Jagger (Ralph) of Fortville; and five grandchildren.
