Mr. Clayton, the widower of Mary Clayton, leaves three daughters, Ollie Mae Taylor, Helen McAfee and Nancy Hall, and three sons, Earnest Clayton, Johnnie Clayton and Emmanuel Clayton, all of Memphis; 25 grandchildren, 34 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
