Travis Lavoy Robbins, 19, of Forest Ranch.Travis passed away on Saturday, March 18, 2006 in North Dakota. He was born on August 21, 1986 in Walnut Creek, California to Randy and Claudia Robbins.
Travis loved the outdoors; he moved to Forest Ranch with his family in 1992, growing up there, he was in his element. He attended Forest Ranch Elementary School, Marsh Jr. High School, and graduated from Pleasant Valley High School in 2004. Travis loved to ride his dirt bike, hunt, fish, hike and backpack. He also loved to snowboard and wakeboard.
Travis worked in a family business with his father and two brothers. He was a loving, caring person, with a great sense of humor. Travis loved Jesus from an early age. He was loved and will be missed by his very large family and circle of friends, but this world was not his home.He is survived by his parents, Randy and Claudia Robbins of Forest Ranch, CA; two brothers, Brandon and Jared Robbins of Chico, CA; paternal grandparents, Gordon and Phyllis Robbins of Chico, CA; maternal grandparents, Lavoy and Mildred Byars of Martinez, CA; sixteen aunts and uncles; 31 immediate cousins; and numerous extended family members.
Memorial contributions may be made to Randy Robbins for the Travis Robbins Memorial Fund, in care of Newton-Bracewell Chico Funeral Home, who are handling the arrangements.
