Mother of Cotton Valley Woman is Buried on Friday
Funeral services for Mrs. Mary S. Hyde, 86, mother of a Cotton Valley woman, were held Friday at 3:30 p.m. at the Red River Baptist Church near Bellview. Mrs. Hyde died Thursday in the home of her daughter, Mrs. Ira Adams, at Mansfield after a serious illness of three weeks.
Burial was in the Bellview Cemetery of Bossier parish.
Besides her daughter in Mansfield, Mrs. Hyde is survived by another daughter, Mrs. J. E. Lockey, Sr., of Cotton Valley; one son, E. W. Miller of Benton, one sister, two brothers, 16 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.
