Kyle Calvin Huff, age 76 of 76 Spry Road, Sparta, NC died Monday, November 10, 2014 at Grayson Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Independence, VA. He was born December 30, 1937 in Ashe County, NC to the late Dewey Talmadge and Fannie Geneva Greer Huff.
In addition to his parents he was also preceded in death by two sisters, Lillian Huff and Ruth Baker; four brothers, Burl, Jack, Bob and Claude Huff.
He is survived by his wife, Linda Wyatt Huff of the home; three brothers, Earl T. Huff of Oklahoma City, OK, George Huff and wife Libby of Valdese, Jimmy Huff and wife Mary of N. Wilkesboro; mother-in-law, Blanche Wyatt of Sparta; several nieces and nephews also survive.
The family requests your presence at the funeral service to honor the life of Mr. Huff at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, November 13, 2014 in the chapel of Grandview Memorial Funeral Home with Elder James Wyatt officiating. Interment will follow in Piney Creek United Methodist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the funeral service at the funeral home and other times at the residence.
