Thelma was the daughter of the late Leon and Elsie Apitzsch Monseau. She was also preceded in death by her former husband of 27 years, James Logan Boyles, son, James Michael Boyles, 11 month old daughter Jaimie Diane Boyles and a brother, Joseph Monseau.

For over 30 years, Thelma served as nurse and office manager for the late Dr. Irwin Bogarad. She was a member of St. Paul Roman Catholic Church and was an excellent singer, having served as the musician for several local weddings. She had an opportunity to sing on KDKA and was a member of the St. Peter's choir. Thelma had a soft spot for animals, especially the neighborhood cats.

She is survived by her son Daniel Patrick (Nora) Boyles; daughters, Colleen (Mike) Cervenak and Theresa Monseau; brother Paul (Virginia) Monseau; six grandchildren, Alicia Boyles Evkovich, Daniel James Boyles, Lindsay Cervenak, Courtney Boyles, Jonathan Ryan Boyles, Justin Michael Cervenak and Alanna Cervenak and two great-grandchildren Mari and Elsie Evkovich.

At Thelma's request there will be no visitation.

Entombment will be in Saint Paul's Cemetery Mausoleum.
