Claude Earl West, Jr. 55, of Indianapolis died November 3, 2014. Born on September 8, 1959, Claude was a Conductor for the CSX railroad, an avid motorcycle enthusiast, and enjoyed spending time with family and friends.
Claude is survived by his sons; Jason (Samantha) West, and Joshua West, his daughter Nina West and two grandchildren; Ivy and Zoe West. Claude was also survived by two sister; Phyllis Lafollette and Jenny Woods. He was preceded in death by a brother, Carl Batchellor.
Services will be Monday, November 10th at the First Baptist Church of Westfield. Friends are invited to father from 12 pm until the time of the funeral.
Claude was the son of Claude Earl West Sr. and Margaret A. Hardin. Claude's paternal grandparents were Benjamin Franklin West and Blanch Mattocks and his maternal grandparents were Carl Hardin and Gertrude Schuler.
Also buried with Claude, are the ashes of his older half brother, Carl Batchellor.
