"Crazy" Tim Smith, 79, of Anderson, passed away on November 7, 2014 at his residence. He was born on October 14, 1935 in Holland, Michigan and resided most of his life in Anderson.
He was the former owner of the "R" Bar in Anderson.
He loved hunting, fishing, and working on old cars.
Tim is survived by his loving wife, Claudia Smith of Anderson, children, Eva Marie (Rody Earl) Hatt of Anderson, Tim (fiancé Shelia Wilbur) Smith, III of Anderson, Sherrie L. (Kenny) Davis of Moonsville, Leslie (Mike) Granger of Elwood, 11 grandchildren, Billy, Sunshine, Shawn, Ryan, Nikki, Michelle, Tommy, Christina, Stephanie, and Larry, 28 great-grandchildren, sisters, Jeanette (Bob) Nelson, Mary Lou DeBoe, Sandy (Bill) Potter, and Marty Wright.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Genevieve Smith, father, Tim Smith, son, Larry Smith, grandson, Damien Smith, great-granddaughter, Zoe Hatt and sisters, Anna May Herron, Billie Lamb, Sharon Schutt, Margie Karrs, and Barbara Parks.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, November 11, 2014, 1:00 pm - 7:00 pm at Robert D. Loose Funeral Homes & Crematory, 200 West 53rd St. Anderson, Indiana.
