Amy was the second wife of Charles Hart. He married his first wife Genevieve Lyst about 1909 and she died on August 10th, 1910 one day after giving birth to Irene Nina Hart.

Amy married Charles in 1919 in Mercer County, Pennsylvania. Between 1920 and 1933 they had 6 children named Charles Lewis, Edward Eugene, Kenneth George, Robert Brink, Mary Louise and William David.

Some genealogy records suggest they may have actually had a total of 13 children.
