Mrs. Alice R. Shade, 64, Lykens R. D., a native of Klingerstown, died yesterday in her home.
Mrs. Shade, daughter of the late Alexander and Barbara Klinger, was born in Klingerstown April 1, 1903. She was a member of the United Church of Christ, Gratz, and the Lykens Township Grange. Her husband, Roy, died a year ago.
Surviving are a son, Allen, Spring Glen; a daughter, Mrs. Clarence Welker, Gratz; five grandchildren and one sister, Mrs. Ray Hartman, Gratz.
