Gary L. Bolton, 54, of Piqua, died at his residence. He was born in Piqua on July 21, 1949 to the late Merrill and Helen Gish Bolton Fessler, and his stepfather the late Lawrence Fessler.
Survivors include a sister and brother-in-law Sherry and Charles Tyson of Piqua, a stepbrother and wife, Marion and Janice Fessler of Piqua, a stepsister and husband, Rita Carol and Bill Pappas of Sarasota, Fl.
Mr. Bolton served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War, and was a graduate of Piqua High School class of 1967. He was a former employee of Hartzell Propeller and was a member of the Piqua VFW # 4874 the American Legion Post # 184 and the Knights of Columbus Council # 3344.
A funeral service will be conducted on Friday April 16, 2004 at 10:00 am in the Jamieson & Yannucci Funeral Home will Pastor Paul Pearson officiating. Burial will follow in the Forest Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be on Thursday from 5:00 to 8:00 PM in the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to The Bethany Center, 339 South Street, Piqua, Ohio, 45356.
