Melissa Ann Goodwin 41, of rural Frankfort, passed away Friday, November 7, 2014 at the Wesley Manor Health Care Center in Frankfort after an extended illness.
She was born on January 15, 1973 in Crawfordsville to Vernon Lamar and Janice Marie (Elliott) Patchett. Melissa was a 1991 Graduate of Clinton Central High School and attended Indiana Business College. She was a member of Hopewell United Methodist Church where her great-great-grandfather, Frank Lineberry, pastored. She is survived by 2 sons, Andrew and Nathan Goodwin; her parents; 2 brothers, Michael (Tina) Patchett and Gregory (Sandy) Patchett and maternal grandmother, Helen Nolan.
She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Harold and Lavonna Patchett; maternal grandfather, William Elliott and maternal step-grandfather, Max Nolan.
