Judy married John Burns on April 8, 1967, in Miles, Texas.
She was league secretary for several bowling leagues. Judy worked as a legal secretary in the late 1970's, and was employed by the FDIC in the 1980's. Recently, she and John owned and operated the Diamond Lanes in Odessa.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Judy is survived by her husband, John; one brother, Jim Alvin Tidwell and his wife Dora of Lubbock; two sisters, Deanna Collins of Fort Worth and Lisa Pavilicek and her husband Bud of San Angelo; and a sister and brother-in-law, June and Lee Freeman of Odessa.
