Pat is preceded in death by her father, Samuel Lipps,Jr,, brother, Samuel III, sister, Brenda Ann Fields. Pat is survived by her mother, Estelle Creech; daughter, Tami Lipps; son & daughter-in-law, Samuel Lipps IV & Elizabeth; sister, Lisa Rodgers; brother & sister-in-law, Robert & Maureen Lipps; nephew, Adam Lipps; niece, Brandy Love. Funeral service 2:00 PM Wednesday October 7, 2009 TODAY at Marker & Heller Funeral Home, Huber Heights Chapel, 5844 Old Troy Pike with Pastor Rob Wackerman officiating. Interment New Carlisle Cemetery. Family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday from 1:00 PM until service time.
