On February 18, 1868, she married Solomon R. Meader. The Illinois Marriage Index reflects her name as Foxworthy although a prior marriage cannot be established. Her father's probate clearly affirms her as spouse of Solomon. The four children born of that union were Elvia L. (Fisher), Ella I. (Denny), Harriet J. (Hickey) and Albert Wilbur Meader. Solomon and their children are also buried in the Grand Lawn Cemetery.
