August Charles Habermann (Aug. 22, 1888-Jan. 11, 1969) was born in Manitowoc County, the son of August Habermann and Augusta Kanter. He married (1) Anna Kopeschke who died on March 5, 1955. August married (2) Minnie (Harman) Huenink on July 19, 1958 at Trinity Lutheran Church, City of Sheboygan.From 1923 to 1968, he owned 10 to 20 acres of swampland in the W1/2 of the SW1/4 of the NE1/4 of Section 8, Town of Eaton) and is buried in a cemetery at Omro, Winnebago County.

OMRO-Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Tuesday at the Plansky Funeral Home, Omro, for August C. Habermann, 80, who died at 4:40 a.m. Saturday at Pleasant Acres. The Rev. Glenn Skatrud will be the officiating clergyman.
Mr. Habermann was born Aug. 22, 1888, in Manitowoc County and is survived by his widow, Minnie.
Friends may call at the funeral home between 7-9 p.m. tonight.
