Jessie Blanche Hill was named after her father Jessie Blanche Hill. Her birth certificate shows her name as "Jessie Blanche Hill". Her headstone shows her name as "Blanch Hill Watts".

Blanche was married 3 times. She married John Anderson Watts on August 10, 1924 in Clark Co., Arkansas. They had several children together prior to John's death in 1964.

After the death of her 1st husband, Blanche remarried to Grady Verlin Fant about 1966. In 1978, Blanche was referred to in her sister Lena's obit as surviving sister "Mrs. Blanche Fant". They had no children. Grady Fant died in 1980.

On August 29, 1984, Blanche married a last time to widower Henry Herman Benjamin Watts. It was a brief marriage since Henry died 6 months later. Although Blanche's first and last husbands both had the same surname of "Watts", it does not appear that they were related.
