Frank Clifford Crouse, 56, 2122 S. Elm St., a millwright at the Kimble Glass Co., died at Ball Hospital early Wednesday night following an illness of one month. He was a member of Jehovah's Witnesses.

Survivors include his wife, Evelyn; one son, Donald Crouse, Muncie; four brothers, Wilbur R. Crouse of Matthews, Clyde Crouse of Muncie, Frederick Crouse of New Castle, and William J.B. Crouse of Hartford City; and four sisters, Mrs. Lucy Richardson of Matthews, Mrs. Bessie Floyd and Mrs. Dorothy McKinney, both of Muncie, and Mrs. Beulah Foster of LaPorte.

Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Meeks Mortuary. Leslie Rodgers of the Jehovah's Witnesses will be in charge and burial will be in Elm Ridge Cemetery. Friends may call at the mortuary after 2 p.m. Friday.
