She was born November 23, 1934 in Redmond, Utah, a daughter of Herman and Zell Mae Sorensen Kesler. She graduated from South High School. She married Keith Sant and they were later divorced.
She was a member of the LDS Church. She enjoyed being a seamstress at Beehive Clothing, a housekeeper at Primary Children's Hospital, selling Avon, working at Arctic Circle and was proud of being a manager at Fernwood Ice Cream Store.
Her pride and joy in life was raising her three children. She enjoyed camping, fishing, reading church books and spending time with her family. She had a love for animals and had birds, dogs and cats during her life.
She is survived by her three children: Brian K. and Winona Sant of Salt Lake City; Kevin L. Sant of West Jordan; Susan A. Ivie of Boston, Massachusetts; her many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; sisters and brother: Sylvia Christiansen of Mayfield; Arlene Christensen of Gunnison; Nina Westenskow of Redmond and Jay Sant of South Jordan.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Clarence Christensen.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, November 8, 2014 at 2:00 P.M. in the Redmond 1st LDS Ward Chapel, where friends may call for viewing Saturday from 12:30 to 1:30 prior to the services.
Burial will be in the Redmond City Cemetery under the care of the Springer Turner Funeral Home of Richfield and Salina, Utah.
