ALEXANDRIA, IN-Wesley C. Cook, 89, Alexandria passed away at his residence on Tuesday, November 4, 2014 following an extended illness.

He was born on August 15, 1925 to Ode and Fannie (Bell) Cook in Caddo Gap, Arkansas and has lived in Alexandria since 1946. Wesley retired from Johns-Manville, formerly of Alexandria in 1981 after 35 years of employment. He enjoyed traveling and has visited all 48 states and all of his sisters across the country. He enjoyed walking and was a familiar face on Alexandria streets and at Beulah Park.

Services honoring Wesley's life will take place at 10 am on Saturday, November 8, 2014 in the Noffze Funeral Home, 501 North Harrison Street with Chaplain Rob Mifflin officiating. Interment will follow in Park View Cemetery in Alexandria
