SAVAGE Elizabeth Allen

Elizabeth (Liz) Allen Savage, of Roanoke, passed away on August 5, 2014. She was preceded in death by her parents, John J. Allen and Gertrude McCloskey; husband, Noble Savage; and a son, Michael Stull. She is survived by two daughters, Leslee Hito of Front Royal, and Mary Elizabeth "Missy" Wykle of Christiansburg; grandchildren, Christopher Lightsey of Florida, Scott Stull and Savannah Wykle, both of Christiansburg; and sisters, Jane Talerico of Florida and Mary Black of Fincastle. Special thanks to her devoted friend, Judy Brammer, the staff of Our Lady of the Valley and Good Samaritan Hospice for their care and concern. A private graveside service was held in Fairview Cemetery, Buchanan, on August 13, 2014, officiated by Pastor David Derricks, of St. Philips Lutheran Church, Hollins. Rader Funeral Home handled arrangements.
