Kathy Williams Dees, 66, Cadiz, died at 11:10 p.m. Friday, Oct. 31, 2014, at her home of natural causes.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Goodwin Funeral Home, Cadiz, with the Rev. Lloyd Tucker officiating.
Burial will be at Green Hill Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be from 4 until 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
A native of Dyess, Ark., she was born July 25, 1948, the daughter of the late Dewey and Fannie Mae Moore Williams.
She was retired from Flynn Enterprises after 20 years of employment.
Two sons, Michael Hood and Douglas Shane Williams, preceded her in death.
Survivors include her husband, William Dees; two sons, Alan Hood, Polk City, Fla., and Harold Hood, Kingston Springs, Tenn.; seven daughters, Melinda Jones and Rita King, both of La Vergne, Tenn., Tammy Homan, Ringgold, Ga., Trina Jones, Hopkinsville, and Melissa Michaud, Melanie Ricks and Charity Gallogly, all of Cadiz; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
