Penny was so young and full of life and dreams, when she was murdered in her Rogers Park Apt. They might have physically taken our little Angel from us, but spiritually she is here... and that they can NEVER take away.Penny Krajeski had been a ward of the state that had just begun her independent living program as part of her becoming an independent adult. Penny was living in an apartment in the 6700 block of N. Sheridan Rd. Chicago. If anyone has information regarding this homicide, please contact the CPD Cold Case Squad at 312-746-9690.
