Florine Williams
October 7, 1925 - November 1, 2014
Florine Lucy Williams, a long term resident of Rochelle, Georgia, went home to be with the Lord, finding eternal peace and new life on November 1, 2014. Mrs. Florine now stands rejoicing in the courts of our Heavenly Father, strong, vibrant and alive with Him. In her 89 years, Mrs. Florine touched many lives as daughter, sister, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, great-great-grandmother, and friend to all. Her legacy of love so freely imparted to us, will live on forever through each generation.
Ms. Florine was born on October 7, 1925 being raised in Blakely County, Georgia, a devoted daughter to the late Boyd and Emmie Allen. Mrs. Florine was preceded in death by siblings- B J Allen and Paulen Allen Dorsey, daughter-Betty Jean Williams Pennington, grandson-Pete Williams and great-great-grandson-Jeremiah David Rogers. She was the loving wife and soul mate of the late Robert Henry (R. H.) Williams. Together, Mrs. Florine and R. H. have enriched their 4 surviving children, JoAnne Williams Wright of Panama City Fl., James Williams of Fitzgerald, Mary Dorough of Panama City, FL, Robert Earl Williams of Rochelle with Love for God, family and their community.
A Memorial Service will be held in honor of Mrs. Florine’s heading home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, November 4, 2014 at 11:00 AM in the M. G. Frazier Memorial Chapel of Frazier and Son Funeral Home. Reverend Danny Allen, Reverend Mike Dorough, Great Grandson Joshua Rogers, Apostle Robert Gay and Will Owen will be officiating. Visitation will be one hour before the service from 10-11 AM in the chapel. Interment will be held at the Morningside Cemetery in Rochelle, Georgia following the Memorial Services.
In deep appreciation for the many friends and family that loved Mrs. Florine and her family, it is with great love and thanks that we celebrate the life of a wonderful woman that has left us for the moment, but deposited a legacy of joy and love for those who remain, until time when we are all together again, embraced in the arms of eternal love in the court of our Heavenly Father.
