Graveside service for Troy May, 76, of Priceville will be today, October 31, 2014, at 1:30 p.m. at New Friendship Cemetery with Brother Ron Manley officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the funeral home.
Mr. May died Tuesday, October 28, 2014, at Decatur Morgan Hospital surrounded by family and loved ones. He was born March 24, 1938, in Morgan County to the late James Earl May and Edna Lee Murphy May. He was a former truck driver for Transus/Georgia Highway. Mr. May was preceded in death by his son, Troy Keith May; one brother and one sister.
Survivors include his loving wife of 55 years, Brenda Hawkins May; three brothers, Joe May of Somerville, Kenneth May (Nadine) of Decatur and Jerry May (Debbie) of Tucson, AZ; and four sisters, Mattie Sue May, Joyce May and Marvline Smith, all of Priceville, and Doris Anders (Burton) of Cullman.
Pallbearers will be nephews.
