Kathryn Jean Hamilton, 17, 136 Ray Cates Lane, Hampton, passed away peacefully, Sunday, October 19, 2014 at the residence of her grandparents: Boyd & Paula Smith following an 18 month battle with Brain Cancer. She was born in Chesapeake, Virginia but had lived in Hampton for a number of years. Kathryn was a Junior at Hampton High School. She was a member of "Young Life". She was a member of Oak Street Baptist Church.
A Service to celebrate the life of Kathryn Hamilton will be conducted at 4 p.m. Wednesday in Memorial Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Bruce Hendrich officiating. Interment will follow in the Rittertown Baptist Church Cemetery
