Nov 27, 1925 - June 3, 2012 OKLAHOMA CITY Dorothy, 86, was called to her Heavenly home on June 3, 2012. She was born Nov. 27, 1925, in Norman, OK to Felix and Sara Ward. A lifetime member of the OKC area, Dorothy worked for Tinker AFB and attended Knob Hill Baptist Church. She will be deeply missed. Preceded in death by her parents, husband, four brothers and five sisters. She is survived by her sister, Jeanell Blancett; and many nieces and nephews. No viewing or visitation. Services are 2 p.m. Wednesday, June 6, 2012, at South Lakes Chapel. Friends may leave condolences at www.vondelsmithmortuary.com
