TULIA, October 6--Funeral services for James G. Barker, 57, will be conducted at 3 p.m. Tuesday in Calvary Baptist Church, with the Rev. Marshall Penn pastor, officiating.
Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery here, under direction of Wallace Funeral Home of Tulia.
Mr. Barker, a resident of Tulia since 1944, died Sunday night at his home. He was employed by the City of Tulia until he became ill about two years ago.
He was born May 6, 1901, in Maysville, Okla.
Survivors are his wife: a foster son, Jack Ross of Bray, Calif., two brothers, Bill Barker of Marlow, Okla., and Rupert Barker of Ryan, Okla., and a sister, Mrs. Myrtle Milligan of Lawton, Okla. (Source: newspaper unknown, Oct. 1958
