Katherine was born in Palermo, Sicily.

She lived in Fresno, CA for the last ten years and died surrounded by her loved ones.

Katherine had a joy and wonder about life. Her hobbies included cooking, crocheting and gardening, but her true passion in life was her family and friends.

She was the beloved wife of the late Nicholas D'Anna and the late Clarence Knott.

She was the oldest of her six brothers and sisters.

She is survived by her sisters, Faye Miccichi and Josephine McCormick, both of Lansing, MI; daughter, Josephine M. Maglio of Prospect Park, PA, her granddaughter, Gail Saylor and her husband Jerry of Fresno, CA; and grandsons and their wives, Larry and Gina Grace of Wallingford, PA, Mike and Jean Warholic of Folsom, PA, Kevin and Judy Warholic of Kemblesville, PA, and Mark and Kara Warholic of Milmont Park, PA. She is also survived by her 15 great-grandchildren, 18 great-great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.

At Katherine's request, a Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Holy Spirit Church on Tuesday, April 4, 2006, at 10:00 a.m.

Interment will follow at Clovis District Cemetery.
