Madeline Ann Taylor, 61, went to be with her Lord and Savior on October 30, 2014. She was born in Atlanta, Texas on January 12, 1953 to the late Alvin Brown, Jr. and Deloryse (Dody) M. (Farren) Brown.
Madeline volunteered at Central Park Elementary School in Bentonville where her grandchildren attend. She was a member of Key Point Church in Bentonville. She loved traveling, cooking, fishing, gardening, playing guitar, singing, and spending time with her family. She was a compassionate, loyal friend who frequently sent cards and letters. Her encouraging words and loving nature were her trademarks. Madeline was the best wife, mother, and nana anyone could ever hope for.
She is survived by her husband of 42 years, Bill Taylor of Rogers; son, Landon Taylor and his wife Rebecca of Bentonville; daughter, Lisa Petersen of Greeley, Colorado; and three grandchildren, Ashlynn, Ally, and Carson Taylor.
A visitation will be held on Monday, November 3, 2014 from 12-1pm at Rollins Funeral Home Chapel in Rogers, with funeral service to follow at 1pm. Burial will be at Pinnacle Hills Memorial Park.
