Easley, SC - Tammy Rene' Howard, 40, of 855 Ridge Road, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, October 7, 2008 at Greenville Memorial Hospital.
Born in Easley, a daughter of Janet Seigle Griffin and stepfather, Terry Griffin and the late Jake Harvey Howard, Jr. She was a graduate of Liberty University and attended Lighthouse Baptist Church. Tammy was very strong in the Christian Faith.
Surviving in addition to her parents of Easley are her husband, Bryan Cox of the home; a son, Caleb Howard-Cox and a daughter, Briana Howard-Cox, both of the home and a sister, Stacy Brewer and husband Rusty of Anderson.
Funeral Services will be at 3:00 PM Friday at Mountain Grove Baptist Church, with Rev. Jeff Griffith and Rev. Kevin Griffin officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 2:00 - 3:00 pm Friday at the church.
