Junior T. Rastedt, 76, of Waupaca, passed away Monday, October 27, 2014 at the Veterans home in King, WI.

Junior was born December 19, 1937, in Chicago, IL the son of Theodore and Nina (Thomas) Rastedt. Junior was a graduate of Winter High School. Throughout the course of Junior’s life he worked as an auditor for various companies across the country. Around 2005 he moved to the Winter area after retirement where he resided until 2008 when he moved to the veterans home in King, WI. Junior had many hobbies in life which included working with leather, wood, and cloth projects. He also enjoyed fishing and playing volleyball.

Junior is survived by one brother, Allan Rastedt; and three sisters, Margaret Hollister, Linda Baumgarten, and Kathleen (Fred) Glodowski. He is further survived by many nieces and nephews, and other relatives and close friends.

Preceding Junior in death are his parents and a sister, Mary Zett.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, November 1, 2014 at the Winter Cemetery in Winter, WI. Services will begin at 11 A.M. with Pastor Terry Blomberg officiating.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to all the kind staff at the Olson Hall for all their great care and compassion for Junior.
