In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by six sisters and two brothers.
She is survived by her husband, Frank Johnson; sons, CL Douthit of Palestine and Bernice Johnson of Waco; brothers, Lee George of Jacksonville and Fuller George of Mesquite; 10 grandchildren and four great great grandchildren.
