BOILING SPRINGS Calvin G. Grim, 79, passed away Monday February 21, 2005, at Health South after a lengthy illness. He was born in Hershey, a son of the late George and Minnie Grim. He was a lifetime member of the Mechanicsburg VFW and served with the Marines during W.W.II in Guam and Iwo Jima where he was awarded two Purple Hearts. He retired from St. Johnsbury Truck Co. He was a member of the Teamsters Local 776 and ST. John Lutheran Church, Boiling Springs. Mr. Grim is survived by his son, Rodney Grim of Dover; a daughter Vicki Enders, of Dover; his companion, Mona Graham of Boiling Springs; two granddaughters; a grandson; three sisters; and a brother. Memorial services will be held 11 a.m. Saturday at St. John Lutheran Church, Walnut and 2nd Streets, Boiling Springs. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be sent to the St. John Memorial Fund. Arrangements are under the direction of Auer Memorial Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 4100 Jonestown Road, Harrisburg.
