He is survived by his son, Kenneth F. McDaniel of Cibolo, TX; five grand-children Victor J. New Jr of Highland, IN , Kenneth F McDaniel Jr of North Oxford, MA, Kevin A. McDaniel of Cibolo, TX, Kristopher M. McDaniel of Schertz, TX, and Kathleen L. Thomas of San Antonio,TX; four great grand-children Lan A. New, Abigail M. McDaniel, Sarah M. McDaniel, and Joshua A. McDaniel.
He was predeceased by his wife Irene E. ( Pankey ) McDaniel who died in 1987, and his daughter who Betty L. Kohl who passed away in 2013.
