Debra Jeanette Sherman, 59, of Casa Grande died on Oct. 26, 2014, at St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center in Phoenix.

Visitation will be from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday at J. Warren Funeral Services, Cole & Maud The Gardens Chapel in Casa Grande, and continuing at 6 p.m. at St. Anthony Catholic Mission in Gu Vo Village. The graveside service will be at 10 a.m. Monday in Gu Vo Cemetery.

Ms. Sherman was born on Dec. 7, 1954, in San Xavier. She was a convenience store clerk and was Catholic. She enjoyed watching movies, especially Tyler Perry comedies, and all sports. She was an Arizona Wildcats fan. Her family was her pride and joy, especially her grandchildren. She enjoyed getting her nails done with her granddaughters and lived life to the fullest. She also enjoyed smiling, laughing and good conversation. Family cookouts were enjoyable because she would see her family and catch up with them and their lives, and she talked by phone to her family regularly.

Survivors include two sons, Paul L. and Peter L. Sherman of Tucson; three brothers, Kenneth Sherman of Elko, Nevada, Tony Sherman of Tucson and W.C. Sherman of California; two sisters, Judy Pacheco of Tucson and Ruby Sherman Prescott of Glendale; and five grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, W.D. and Laura Naragua Sherman; two sisters, Penny Lee and Lois Sherman; and a grandson, Peter L. Sherman Jr.
