He is survived by his wife, JoAnn Miller Grice; four children, Wanda Grice McElveen and husband, Casey, Carl Wayne Grice, Joey Leon Grice and wife, Cindy and Johnny Wade Grice and wife, Tanya; fourteen grandchildren, Tristan Grice, Carly Grice, Cameron McElveen, Terry Lee Parker, Jr., Arizona Grice, Laramie McElveen, Joshua Maggio, Leif Grice, Wyatt Grice, O'Mallie Grice, Katelyn Maggio, Ember Grice and Jolee Grice; two brothers, Dallas Lee Grice and Jimmy Grice and two sisters, Emmie Burge and Rita Gail Aron.
Preceded in death by parents, John "Mutt" and Mary Lee Grice; grandson, Kye Grice and sister, Mary Tom Blackard.
