Manley, Margaret J. “Peg”, age 97, of Kettering, passed away on Wednesday, October 29, 2014. Peg was born September 22, 1917 to the late Lex & Edna (Manchester) Easter.

Along with her parents, Peg was preceded in death by her husband: Edward J. Manley “Joe” and her step brother: Robert Bendig. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law: Michael (Patricia) Manley; daughter and son-in-law: Patricia (Thomas) Poeppelmeier; grandchildren: Todd (Katie) & Mark (Janet) Poeppelmeier, MSGT Erin & Kevin (Rebecca) Manley; great grandchildren: Joey, Sydney, & Jack Poeppelmeier and Jemma & Jace Manley.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Thursday, November 6, 2014 at Newcomer Funeral Home – South Chapel, 3940 Kettering Blvd., Kettering. Interment will follow the service at Calvary Cemetery in Kettering. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday morning from 10:00 A.M. until time of service. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Hospice of Dayton.
