Survivors include his widow, Mabel; five sons, LeRoy, Hays, Kenneth, McPherson, Darrel, Ronald, Donald, all of the home; a daughter, Mary, of the home; four grandchildren; four brothers, Peter, Denver, Bonnie, Kansas City, Mo., Richard, Topeka, Fred, Hays; seven sisters, Mrs. Peter Sander, Victoria, Mrs. Clara Sack, Mrs. Peter Sack, both of Hays, Mrs. Clarence Hertel, Russell, Mrs. Regina Pfeifer, Hays, Mrs. Adolph Meis, Denver, and Mrs. Henry Schmidt, Chicago.
Funeral services will be 9 a.m. Monday at St. Joseph's Catholic Church with burial in the church cemetery. The body will lie in state from noon Saturday until service time.
