Shauna Faye Goodwin Jones, 60, passed away on October 24, 2014 at Ogden Regional Medical Center after a long illness.

She was born to Rex and Fare Winn Goodwin on November 4, 1953. She was raised in Cornish and Lewiston.

She married Michael Jones on January 23, 1978 in Lewiston. Later, they were sealed in the Ogden Temple.

They lived in several places and she enjoyed the friendship of family and the people she never had the chance to meet.

We can never repay the friendship and the kindness of all of the people of the North Logan Third Ward.

She loved crocheting and needlework and to make special afghans for special people.

She is survived by her husband, Mike; brothers, Blake (Laurel) Goodwin and Mike (Emeline) Goodwin; brother-in-law, Mark Martindale; nephews, Travis Goodwin, Brett (Britney), Eric (Margaret) Martindale. Nieces Brita (Manny) Zizumbo, Mykin Goodwin, Adrienne (Jill) Goodwin Henderson, and Teresa (Tim) Gamble; step-daughter, Mashelle Jones Novak; grandchildren, Alexis and Austin; and several grand-nieces and grand-nephews she loved and treasured. She was preceded in death by her grandparents; father; her sister, Janis Martindale by a week; aunt, Sherily Nielsen; uncle, Floren (Art) Winn; nephew, Troy Goodwin; and step-son, Harris Jones.
