Lawrence J. Farber, Jr., Larry PeeWee, 63, of Clinton, formerly of North Brookfield and Ft. Lauderdale, FL, passed away Monday, October 27, 2014, at the Presbyterian Home for CNY. He was born December 22, 1950, in Utica, a son of Lawrence J., Sr., and Helena M. Erickson Farber, and was a graduate of Waterville High School. Larry was a U.S. Air Force Veteran, having served during the Vietnam Conflict from 1970 until his honorable discharge in 1974. He had worked for Sun Industries in Ft. Lauderdale. Surviving are his brothers, Claude Farber of Waterville; Elwood Farber of Albuquerque, NM; Arthur Farber of Theodore, AL; sisters, Patricia Huntley of Phoenix, AZ; Linda Decker of Punta Gorda, FL; many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents and a brother, Victor Farber. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, November 1, 2014, from the Burgess & Tedesco Funeral Home, (Kloster & Northrop Memorial Chapel), 210 E. Main St., Waterville, followed by interment with military honors in the North Brookfield Cemetery. Friends are invited to call at the funeral home on Friday from 7-9pm.
